Inspired by the culinary traditions of the Italian coast, our founders dreamed of sharing the vibrant flavours and warm dining culture of Italy with the people of Bath. Every dish on our menu reflects this heritage, from handmade pasta to perfectly prepared seafood, allowing guests to experience a little piece of Italy with every bite.
From day one, our philosophy has been simple: serve food that honours tradition while celebrating the best local ingredients. Every seafood dish is sourced fresh from local markets, every pasta is handmade in-house, and every sauce is crafted from scratch using family recipes.
